Hospital Policies


Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

We gladly accept cash, checks, Master card and Visa.

A payment plan is available through Care Credit. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 3 monthly installments.


Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
